8am is no bueno for me - unfortunately 10am is the only slot I have and it’s a bit last minute now to change the timing.
I put up a soft-poll yesterday in the #governance channel that supported using this time slot

Hm… I’m realizing now that it’s 30% of 20.895 ETH that we will be donating to projects. That’s a about 6.27 ETH or $20,272 at today’s prices… I think we should consider this when calculating the donation amount. Maybe we want to reduce the number of projects to have larger donations? I guess is we split 20 ways it’s still $1k each… just don’t want to dilute things too much.
let’s just stick to the plan and not change this too much so we can put this issue away
