This is a funding proposal to pay for contributor monthly compensation. There will be 2 parts of this payment process.
The first batch will be for contributors who are full time and/or fixed contractors. The total amount will be requested from the Giveth treasury during the last 1-2 weeks of the payment month.
The second batch will be requested from the Giveth treasury in the ~1st week of the following month after hourly contributors will report their hours on Clockify.
Proposal Rationale:
The fund for this proposal will pay for the contributors who keep Giveth running as it is.
