post - 3x
like - 1x
I would weigh these more relative to the amount of effort it takes to produce them
change github
1/2x issue - (I’m assuming this is for creating an issue) takes time and effort create github issues (usually) - this is useful project management work
1/2x - commit - work done, no matter how small should have some value
